The only issue was the ice maker in the fridge didnât work. Not major but an annoyance other wise the condo was great. Definitely use the trolley service Mrs. Charlotte was amazing.

We have been staying at beachside villas for 20 years. We always have a great experience. We had no idea about them changing the beach area where we usually took our chairs. We had to walk a good ways to set up our things. It was a lot easier when it was just a two minute walk to the beach and you could put your chairs out. know they have a service that can drive you to the public beach area but I like it when you can just walk there yourself. Other than that, the room is nice and love the neighborhood.

Overall, the property location was as described which is a short few steps from the beach. It is also near dining and restaurants. The communication with RealJoy was responsive but lacked action to fix the issue. Before we arrived, we received a call to see if the property had been cleaned but unfortunately we were not there yet to verify if it had or had not. We were concerned we would arrive and it would not be cleaned. The first night we were there the property lost power for multiple hours across all of the condos. The second day we we realized the dishwasher was not operating and there were not any sponges or cleaning devices to clean the dishes so we were stuck with dirty dishes and smelly dishwasher for the rest of the stay. We let the property manager know but no one came to fix it which makes me wonder if the dishes we were using were actually clean. The bedrooms and baths were as described and the linens were clean. I would recommend the owner check all the kitchen appliances to ensure they are operational.
