We had a wonderful time here! It is very convenient to visit RMNP. Because it is so close, we also went back in the evening to spot more wildlife, it's only a few minutes drive to the entrance of the park. We really enjoyed the location next to the river, we had lovely picknicks over there. The calming sound is amazing and a perfect start to the day! We found the place more spacious than it looked like on the photo's. Even with the sofa as a bed, there was still enough space. Would definitely recommend this place if you want to visit RMNP! Only few minutes drive from the park, and from Estes Park.

Property is in a excellent location to the RMNP. Property was located directly on the river and provided a truely relaxing and tranquil experience. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen provided many amenities we truly enjoyed having available. Great place to stay at while in Estes Park.

Small and cozy. Nice to be on the river. Would have been better if better lighting and some ceiling fans since no AC.
