The agritourism property is nestled in the heart of the Roberti family’s farm, which has been dedicated exclusively to organic farming for about 15 years. The farm covers about 50 hectares and features a lake for sport fishing, a centuries-old forest of oaks and chestnut trees, 70 olive trees, and other trees typical of the Mediterranean scrub. An enchanting, peaceful, and quiet place just 4 km from the sea and the beautiful white-sand beaches, where you can have fun with your four-legged friends.
Agriturismo San Martino is also an excellent place to spend your family vacation. Children will be free to play in the spacious grounds, the large pool, the playground, or on the soccer field.
All apartments feature a large, well-equipped kitchen and one or two bedrooms, depending on guests’ needs. All apartments have been carefully renovated in authentic Marche style, with terracotta-style ceramic floors, exposed-beam ceilings, and traditional tile flooring. The wall colors evoke tradition: rooms in shades of sage, pink, saffron, sky blue, and lavender offer a way to rediscover the harmony of rural life.

The furnishings are refined and thoughtfully selected: chests, sideboards, old display cabinets, and even antiques gradually discovered at markets throughout the Marche region and restored with the skilled touch of local artisans… along with branches, vases, pottery shards, and ceramics.
