Internet is not working at all. It’s damp in the basement areas and we had no wash cloths so we bought some and left there. We had a blast though as area was great. Home needs a serious dehumidifier and some work but we still loved it!!

The location is great for access to the Red River Gorge. However, we a toilet leak onto one of the beds from a bad wax seal, there were nails sticking up out of floor and steps, many burned out or missing light bulbs and most of the ceiling fans wobbled and made lots of noise. The owner did get a plumber out to fix the toilet the next day, but no one wanted to sleep in a bed that had toilet water leaking on it, and there was no offer for a reimbursement. The kitchens are well appointed, the linens and towels are plentiful and over all our large group had a good time.

The 8 individual bedrooms was a good set-up for our hiking group (no one had to share a room). Kitchen was a bit small with limited pots and pans, but it was nice to get everyone under one roof. We would come back.
