The holiday apartment "Ansitz Baumannhof Apt Gothic" is located in a historic building in Pfalzen, offering views of the Dolomites. The residence enjoys a quiet setting on a sunny mid-mountain terrace.
The 81 m² apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a guest WC, accommodating up to 6 people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a workspace for home office, and a dishwasher. A baby cot and high chair are also available.
The apartment offers a private balcony and access to the shared garden. A separate entrance provides extra comfort for guests.
In summer 2026, breakfast is included from Pentecost until 31.08.2026, but not in September. In summer 2027, breakfast is included from June 20 until the end of August. No breakfast is offered in winter or during carnival season.
Public transport is about 200 m away on foot. Parking is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Childcare is available on request. The property offers homemade and local products.
