The house was located on a quiet residential street in a very nice neighborhood. It was not far from restaurants and grocery store. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. The host was great. The host responded quickly to all texts. The rules/information booklet could have contained more detail regarding the operation of the TV in the living room. Tech savvy folks may not have problems with this, but older quests may find the lack of operational instructions a big inconvenience. Lastly, instructions for handling laundry on checking out caused some confusion. Bottom line: Great place. Great host. Would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The house was not clean upon arrival — there were bugs, ants, and dog/pet hair throughout the property. It was clear that the home had not been properly cleaned before our check-in.We had reached out to the hosts prior to check-in regarding a separate concern, but we did not receive a response until after we had already checked in and brought up the cleanliness issues. At that point, they offered to come clean the house after the fact, which did not address the fact that we arrived to an unclean property and had to deal with these issues during our stay.I did not accept the offer for them to come clean while we were there because not only was it after the fact, but my family has allergies. Having someone come in to vacuum and clean would have likely caused us to spend the next couple of days dealing with dust, sneezing, and coughing during what was supposed to be our vacation. That is why I requested a refund for just one day of our four-day stay as a reasonable compromise. Unfortunately, they never responded to that request or made any effort to work with us.For as much as this house costs, you would expect it to be much cleaner — unfortunately, it was not. You are paying for the neighborhood, not the house. My family would not stay here again even if it was the last rental available on Vrbo. I do not recommend this property at all.
