Located in a well-maintained and secured residence with a terrace, sea view and with many amenities in the building (common pool included!), a 14 min walk from the Plage du Midi, this flat is perfect to enjoy the sun and sea air. Air conditioning installed in 2025 to guarantee optimum comfort even on hot summer days.
This beautiful flat of 28 m², renovated and situated on the ground floor without elevator (after a few steps), is composed of:
-a terrace with sea view,
-a living room with a comfortable sofa bed,
-a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, mixer, kettle, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge)
-1 bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm),
-bathroom with shower
-hoover, washing machine, hair dryer and ironing facilities, fan,
-TV and Wi-Fi,
- air conditioning.
The residence includes a private swimming pool, basketball court, table tennis, tennis court, solarium and restaurant.
