Other Things to Note:
Other Things to Note:
✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the smart lock on the front door.
✹ The property is located in a beautiful part of Florida that is tropical in nature. Expect to see insects, spiders, lizards, and other pests. Please keep doors and windows closed (especially at night) to limit the entry of flying insects. Unfortunately, critters occasionally gain entry despite our best efforts. If this happens, please notify us, and we’ll arrange a pest control company to visit.
✹ Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book this property.
For all the little details and fine print (nothing scary, we promise!), be sure to check out our House Rules. It’s where all the “good to know” stuff lives! If you have any questions, just reach out — we're here to help!
