Welcome to Sweet Pineapple, professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. This beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom private heated pool home offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience, making it an ideal Florida beach rental near Sarasota's most popular attractions.
Relax from the moment you arrive in the peaceful front courtyard, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the sounds of nature. Inside, you'll find luxury vinyl flooring throughout, bright, welcoming living spaces, and plenty of room to gather with family and friends.
The comfortable living room features a 65-inch Roku Smart TV, two plush sofas, including a queen sleeper sofa, and plenty of seating to unwind after a day at the beach. The fully updated kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a coffee station, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. The dining area seats six, with an extension to accommodate up to eight guests.
An air-conditioned sunroom overlooks the pool and provides additional living space with a dining table, workspace, direct Ethernet connection, and basic office supplies, making it ideal for remote work, games, or simply relaxing.
The primary suite includes a king-size bed, a 55-inch Roku Smart TV, sliding glass doors, a walk-in closet, and a beautifully updated en suite bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two Twin XL beds that can be converted into a king, along with a large walk-in closet. A second full bathroom features a shower and tub combination.
Outside, your private heated pool is surrounded by comfortable lounge seating, an outdoor dining table for six, a fire pit, and a spacious backyard with a charming pineapple garden. I stayed here with friends for a long weekend, and it was perfect. The house felt bright, clean, and very comfortable, with plenty of space to hang out both inside and outside. We'd definitely stay here again.

We booked this for a family getaway, and it exceeded our expectations. The home was beautifully updated, the private pool was a huge bonus, and we loved how peaceful the neighborhood felt. It made relaxing so easy.

This was the perfect spot for a relaxing escape. The property was beautifully maintained and very clean, which made it feel special right away. We spent quiet evenings enjoying the outdoor space and loved how convenient it was to reach local dining and activities. The host's quick responses made the whole experience smooth and stress‑free. Highly recommended.

This property was presented through pictures as having privacy in the backyard/pool area. I am not sure if the fence was destroyed in the hurricane, but the entire backyard is open to the neighborhood. It is a very busy neighborhood, and one neighbor in particular was a fan of sitting on her porch watching my family when we enjoyed the pool. Had I known the pool was not private, I would’ve booked elsewhere.
The linens are all very old and stained. You can tell they have been well used with water turning them colors and piling taking place. I could get past that, if they didn’t have stains, but all three beds had a stain. The towels were the exact same way. Old, stained and very off putting. It doesn’t cost much to keep clean linens. The floors were all buckling, so I wouldn’t recommend walking barefoot in the house.
The kitchen was not well stocked for a family who actually cooks in the house. The utensils were the biggest concern. Mostly a bunch of old thrifted items, plastic melted utensils, one ok-ish skillet. We got by with what was there.
The positives on this home were the host vacation company. They were very easy to communicate with. I called to check on booking after the recent hurricane and they checked right away to ensure we still had a place to stay. The hot water was perfect, and the showers had great pressure. The pool was nice and kept my kiddos well entertained. Beach chairs, cooler and extras were nice!
