Located in a brand-new, private, gated, and secure residential complex, this superb single-story villa is sure to meet your expectations!
The house, with a floor area of 75 m², features two bedrooms, each measuring 13 m² (one bedroom with a 180x200 cm double bed and another with two 90 x 200 cm beds) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. We provide a travel crib. The house can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to the 140 x 200 cm fold-out bed in the living room.
You’ll also find a spacious 30 m² living area with an open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a full-size refrigerator, a toaster, a capsule coffee maker, and a kettle. There’s a TV in the living room. Board games for the whole family. Bluetooth speaker for listening to music. The villa is fully air-conditioned thanks to its reversible HVAC system (heating in winter).
Two parking spaces in front of the house allow you to easily park your vehicle. That’s really nice when you come back from the beach with your arms full!
We provide a binder containing our list of recommended spots, insider tips, and brochures for activities available on our island. And for your comfort upon arrival, a starter kit will be provided (toilet paper, sponge, dish soap, etc.).
Outside, you’ll find a private, unheated 6x3m² pool, just for you! The pool is unavailable from November 1 through March 30, inclusive.
Sun loungers and outdoor furniture are provided so you can fully enjoy the good life under the Corsican sun. /!\ Please bring proof of liability insurance for the pool. We will not be held liable under any circumstances for any issues related to the pool.
Bonus: our personalized, on-site concierge service will cater to all your needs—whether it’s services or activities—to make the most of your vacation (sheet and towel changes upon request, booking of activities and/or services, all for an additional fee payable on-site).
