Beautiful apartment located a 20-minute walk from Vatican City.
It is well connected to the historic center by bus routes that stop just off the main road, or by Metro Line An at the CORNELIA or BALDO DEGLI UBALDI stations.
This apartment has been recently renovated and is located on the first floor of a modern building with an elevator.
Tastefully
decorated, the apartment features elegant white marble floors,
high-end furniture and tapestries; it is extremely well-maintained and
offers a welcoming atmosphere.
From the entrance, you step into a large and elegant living room with a
double sofa bed and dining area. This room has a large window that does not face the main road, making it very quiet and intimate.
Next is the spacious, fully equipped, and
kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and washing machine, and a lovely window overlooking the backyard.
The sleeping area is separated by a beautiful white door and features two bedrooms and one bathroom with a small window that ensures fresh air and privacy.
Each bedroom is beautifully furnished with new wardrobes, a TV, and windows facing the garden.
All windows are protected by iron bars, ensuring security.
The owner is a wonderful host, and this home is ideal for families or a group of friends.
