Away from the tourist crowds and in a quiet location right on the Baaber Heide lies the family-run Ferienhus Baabe. The cozy two-room vacation apartments range in size from 50 to 60 m² and offer plenty of space for up to 4 people (preferably 2 adults and 2 children up to age 16). In the garden, a play tower and a trampoline are available for our younger guests. Here, RELAXATION is our top priority!
The fine-sand beach and the refreshing Baltic Sea are just a few minutes’ walk from Ferienhus Baabe and easily accessible on foot. Here, you can choose between a clothed beach, a sports beach, a dog beach, and a nudist beach. But the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe has so much more to offer! Every year, numerous festivals, concerts, and events take place on the Kurplatz. If you’d rather not explore the town on foot, you can take the electric resort train. This little train takes vacationers through the Baltic Sea resort for free upon presentation of their spa card. Another highlight awaits at the Baabe harbor, located directly on Lake Sellin. “Ferryman, take us across!”—and the ferryman rows his passengers across the Baaber Bek to Moritzdorf and back again. The tradition of the Moritzdorf ferry dates back to 1891.
