Oberkotzau is a market town in the Upper Franconian district of Hof and is located in the surrounding area of the city of Hof.
The town of Oberkotzau is a great starting point for excursions to the Fichtelgebirge Mountains and the Franconian Forest, as well as to the city of Hof.
Visit the nearby Fernwehpark Oberkotzau, Lake Untreusee, or downtown Hof.
The Saale Cycle Route is perfect for walks or bike rides.

The vacation rental, approximately 65 square meters, can accommodate three to four people.
It features a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, refrigerator, and much more).
A bedroom with three single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed, as well as a closet.
The living room is perfect for cozy get-togethers around the dining table, which seats up to four people. Watching TV and browsing the internet via free Wi-Fi provide entertainment for young and old alike.
If four people are staying, the couch can be converted into a sleeper sofa.
The bathroom has a shower.
Use of a washing machine is available upon request.
