We just purchased this on going vacation rental home. it had 35 5-star ratings . We remodeled it and now it's ready for you and your family. We own vacation rental homes in Sedona and Phoenix that we've run for 15 years. We recently moved to Colorado. We found this home to be perfect for a vacation rental. We're hoping that you agree. Pet friendly! A spacious open-concept, newly remodeled and fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Located in Pueblo West, 3 miles from the fun-filled Reservoir, 9 mins from Parkview Hospital Pueblo West, and 15 miles from historic Downtown Pueblo. Nestled among incredible mountain views and amenities including golfing, and walking & biking trails. Southern CO has endless outdoor activities to enjoy when you're visiting us!
The space
Inside, you'll enjoy a one-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, spacious living and entertaining space with plenty of seating, Wifi, smart televisions with complimentary Live TV, Netflix, and Prime Video in every room, plenty of natural light, and gorgeous mountain views. Enjoy the comfort of central heating & air conditioning, a vaulted ceiling, and wall-controlled ceiling fans.
The kitchen that opens up to the living room comes fully equipped with cooking essentials to prepare meals, newer appliances including a refrigerator with ice maker, gas convection range with air fryer oven setting, dishwasher, and microwave. The dining area seats 6.
Enjoy a peace of mind knowing that your vehicles are protected from Colorado storms and secure inside the 2-car garage. Remote controlled garage door openers are available for use in your vehicles. Additional parking is available on the side of the property that will accommodate a large boat, RV, or U-Haul. Exterior motion sensor lights and dusk-to-dawn porch lights are automated for your convenience and security. Never worry about losing a key or door card, as the keyless entry offers a convenient and user-friendly interface to unlock the front door during your stay.
Each of the three bedrooms has been thoughtfully furnished with new furniture, comfortable mattresses. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a smart television, wall-controlled ceiling fan and en suite bathroom with walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms one includes a queen-size bed, a smart television and wall-controlled ceiling fan. The thrid bedroom has two full size beds

Fabulous! When booking a rental house for vacation, sometimes photos online are not accurate; therefore leading to disappointment upon arrival. NOT the case here. Everything at our stay in Pueblo West was fantastic. The house was spacious, super clean, beautifully decorated, and the primary bed was great. Make sure to close the barn door to the on-suite if you plan to sleep in...the sun is extreme when is shines through in the a.m. and shines into the bedroom. If you love natural light in the bathroom, you get it here! The view of the mountains was spectacular, wild life was seen daily in this area, and the ease of getting into and out of town was a plus. Colorado Springs, Royal Gorge, Manitou Springs, Seven Falls, The Rabbit Hole, Bishop Castle, etc. were all within an 45 min. to an hour drive from this destination. Excellent location that is very quiet and peaceful.Our host, James, stayed in contact with me and check-in/out went smoothly. When we visit Pueblo West again we will stay here again. Thank you James for an excellent experience with your rental.

Loved this property! Beautiful views & easy to get to. Close to Walmart & gas but on the outskirts of Pueblo for a more quiet & private feel. Host was always quick to respond with anything we needed. Would definitely stay again. Also loved watching the neighbors horses!
