We enjoyed staying at this condo in the heart of downtown. It was steps to campus, restaurants, and nightlife. The condo is very spacious with a large balcony for morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. The condo was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. We will definitely stay again!

The property was very clean and comfortable as was spacious. The location for walking around campus and downtown could not be better. But BE WARNED-when the description says it’s next to bars with bar noise and street traffic take heed. Those things are true. Those things are actually not the problem. The bar noise is actually club beats that go on past 2 am. The bar is open to the elements. No walls and there is just a small alley way between bedroom windows and the music. If you are in your 20’s and maybe even 30’s. Or you get so drunk you pass out. Or you are hard of hearing then this is the perfect rental property for you. If you are none of those things then you should keep shopping for a different place to stay/sleep.
