The perfectly landscaped property, the gleaming white-gray facade, and the floor-to-ceiling windows already hint at the elegant and high-quality interior of the house.

Under the theme “Sand & Sea,” this stylish ground-floor vacation apartment welcomes you to Villa Schlossblick, newly built in 2022 on the Schloss Ranzow golf course and located directly adjacent to the renowned UNESCO National Park on the island of Rügen. Designed with respect for the surrounding natural environment, it has been faithfully furnished in a maritime style while maintaining the highest quality. Soft blue and warm sand tones, along with custom-made wooden furniture, create a relaxed, vacation-like atmosphere.

Thanks to barrier-free access to both the apartment and the terrace, it also offers a wonderful vacation home for guests with mobility challenges.

Spanning 2.5 rooms with a comfortable living area of approximately 58 square meters, it comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. The covered sun terrace, with access to the garden and views of the golf course as well as the historic Ranzow Castle, ensures you can enjoy the sun all day long. The boulder you’ll find in the garden is inspired by the Lohmer Schwanenstein. A little history is a must.

The apartment is truly impressive thanks to its light-filled, airy feel, which permeates the entire space (floor-to-ceiling windows). The exclusive amenities and attention to detail—everything has been thought of. From the high-quality entertainment package to high-speed internet, a spa-style bathroom with a feature shower and bathtub, custom-made wooden furnishings, a modern, stylish interior, a fully equipped brand-name kitchen with exclusive kitchen appliances, and much more.

An absolute vacation dream for 1–4 people in an appealing atmosphere and a special location. — And your four-legged friend is most welcome here.
