The historic town of Galena is only 6 miles to the west, while the Diamond Jo casino and the Dubuque Dog Track and casino are only a little further down the road.

THE SPA IS KEPT HOT ALL YEAR!
DunPuttin Place has been tastefully designed and decorated to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests of all ages. However, pets are not allowed. There is no smoking, except on the outdoor deck areas.
The availability of rental dates is always at a premium. Please inquire for reservations as soon as your desired dates are determined. DunPuttin Place is located at 243 Blackhawk Trace (between Northridge Lane & Russet Lane) in The Galena Territory, Galena, Illinois. The entrance to the Territory is located on US Route 20 fifty miles west of Freeport in extreme Northwestern Illinois.
DunPuttin Place requires a two night minimum rental. There are discounted rates available for off-season weekday stays. Weekly rates are available and there are sometimes free bonus nights that can be added to your stay (please inquire).

Great house and great host!We had a great time!

I stayed with my family, a total of 12, and it was very comfortable. The kids loved the downstairs play area. There were so many games to play. The view on the property is in the woods and very peaceful. My family enjoyed the bonfire and relaxed outside on the porch. The host was wonderful and responded very quick to any questions I had. It was a clean house, family friendly, and a very memorable trip with the family!

The house was perfect for our girls trip. We had issue and Todd and Julie were very responsive. It was fixed quickly and didn't impact our stay at all. We enjoy that the hot tub was enclosed for chilly weather and had fun in the game room. I would definitely stay again!

I thought this would be closer to Galena. No connection to the TV. We had to TAKE our garbage with us......really? the drop-off site they recommended needed a code and had a closed gate.The basement was damp, so WE turned on the dehumidifier. It should be running all the time for dampnessThe hot tub was nice along with the basement game room.
