You have everything you need for a weekend or multi month stay. The home has 1.5 bath, jack&Jill style (shared shower/tub combo).
2 parking spaces are available for guest use, it is a shared driveway with the other side of the duplex.

The location is good! The house is older and needing a few minor repairs—but very clean and well kept. The hosts were very responsive and dealt with a booking glitch in a very positive and expedited manner. Super responsive to questions or requests!! Our only suggestion that would make it more comfortable for a 2 bedroom rental would be more comfortable seating for at least 4 people in the living room versus the 2 recliners that are there.

Overall, the accommodations were good. There was an issue with the check-in process but was resolved right away. For the 4th of July weekend, the neighbors were quiet with some fireworks but nothing late and obnoxious.

Beautiful little house that just needs some attention! It's comfortable and in a great location, but one shower and the garbage disposal weren't working. The backyard was a little unkempt and there were some holes in the fence. But overall we enjoyed our stay!
