Overall great experience for my family. Our host as well as resort employees went above and beyond. Clean house and kids enjoyed pool. Enjoyed all amenities offered at resort during our stay. Definitely recommend for big families.

Big house, lots of space with two big living rooms, one up and one down stairs. Outside the mosquito net had a problem and wasn't fixed while we were there. Pool water was cold in may, i recommend warming it up. BBQ was in a bad shape, with the burners cracked, but it was clean.Inside the main point of concern was the beds and pillows, not as good as expected, only decent for the money paid. Also some rooms had very poor lighting.Check-in / process to get into the condo took a long time, lots of people have trouble scanning the qr codes so expect long long lines.Washer and dryer were very good.Game room was nice, specially the pool table. Video games were not used by us.Host was attentive.Distance from Magic / Animal Kingdom / Sea World and Airport was around 50 / 60 minutes during rush hours. We parked 3 cars with no problem.House temperature was limited to 69, which was comfortable enough, even a bit cold at night.

There were enough beds and space to accommodate fifteen family members from 5mos-75yrs.

Unfortunately our experience had many inconveniences beginning with check-in. After our lengthy road trip we were excited to arrive only to find out our door code was incorrect. After calling twice we were given access to the lock box for the key. Additionally the images are misleading as the home needs a lot of maintenance. Numerous disgusting stains on furniture, walls, cabinets, and floors. Very evident that cleaning is not practiced efficiently. Various furniture throughout the rental was broken. Remotes had no back covers, some were missing batteries. The screen from the pool inclosure was ripped which made for our first evenings uncomfortable with mosquitos and insects. While I understand this is a rental if description of the property and images were up to date I'd have the option to pass on booking. Afterall I'm booking a vacation home, not a home that upon arrival I have to clean because I felt it unsanitary. Upon contacting with our concerns and sending images of all inconveniences one item was corrected on day 3 of our trip; screen for pool was fixed. Putting these things aside we made the best of the rental enjoying the spacious home, and private pool/spa.
