Authentic charm for this fisherman's house from 1900 completely renovated in 2021. Rustic furniture and materials. Living area 76 m2.
Spacious and warm living room. Serene and soothing atmosphere in a preserved and natural setting on the edge of the Gulf of Morbihan.
On the first floor a living room-kitchen-dining room with pellet stove integrated into the original fireplace. The living room has a sofa bed for two people. Old-fashioned lime-straw walls and exposed stonework.
At the back of the house, a shower room, a toilet, a laundry room with washing machine/dryer.
Upstairs, a mezzanine with reading area and an armchair that can be converted into a bed for one person, a desk, a bedroom with a double bed facing east, and a bedroom with a single bed facing west.
The house is located about a hundred meters from the beach of Langle, a quiet little fishing village located on the peninsula of Séné in the Gulf of Morbihan.
Nearby: 2 restaurants, café, bar, artisanal fishing port, pier to Vannes and the island of Arz, coastal paths, hiking trail (GR 34), kayak rental.
4 km away and accessible on foot, by bike or by car: the beaches of Mousterian and Bill, sailing school, village of Séné with all local shops.
