Welcome to this charming holiday apartment in Kaštel Novi, perfect for families or small groups of friends. With 130 m² of living space, the accommodation offers room for up to 6 people and combines modern comfort with a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere.
The apartment has three cosy bedrooms with a total of 5 beds, including double and single beds as well as a sofa bed, and two modern bathrooms with shower and bathtub ensure sufficient comfort. The fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine and all necessary kitchenware enables sociable cooking. The bright living and dining area invites you to relax together.
On the 600 m² plot, you can enjoy peace and relaxation. A terrace with seating and a barbecue area complements the comfort, while air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a washing machine make the apartment pleasant all year round. A private parking space is available directly at the house. Pets are welcome, although fees may apply.
