A modern and cozy 50-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, located in a renovated Art Nouveau-style building with an elevator in the center of Palmanova.
It overlooks the town of Aquileia with a view of Piazza Grande.
The apartment is equipped with all the amenities that make it the ideal base for exploring the wonderful star-shaped city.
The space
LIVING AREA. A one-and-a-half-person sofa bed (150×190 cm) and a kitchenette equipped with a conventional oven, microwave, toaster, and various kitchen utensils.
DOUBLE BEDROOM.
BATHROOM. Shower, bidet, hair dryer, and washing machine.
OTHER AMENITIES. Split-system A/C, unlimited Wi-Fi, clothesline, and coat rack.
Guest access
The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.

All guests’ identification documents must be presented upon arrival, as required by Italian law.
Please note that check-ins after the specified time must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharges:
- 21.00 - 23.00: €25.00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00;
- 24:00 - 01.30: €40.00.
Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents and pay the tourist tax (€1.50 per night per person for the first 10 nights) through our Guest Portal.

This was a wonderful, clean, lovely apartment. We rented this one and another in the same building for our family visit and it could not have been more perfect. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed.
The hosts were wonderful with clear communication and quick responses to any questions. We would happily stay here again.
