First floor: 2 bedrooms; the first is directly accessible when you reach the top of the staircase (open). The second bedroom is located behind a door on the landing. The staircase can be secured with a stair gate. A high chair can be added upon request.
Courtyard: private 65-square-meter south-facing terrace, concrete table (dining table) with benches and seat cushions; sturdy yet attractive veranda with a wooden couch and seat cushions. The veranda is equipped with an infrared patio heater.
You have access to a washing machine and a clothes dryer, which are located in the owner’s garage.

The house is very well suited for families with small children, as the patio garden is completely fenced in.
