We were very pleased with the apartment we had . It was on the River and not hard to get to. It was very clean and and tastefully decorated. Amenities provided were good. We prepared several meals in the apartment while there which helps with expenses. Do be aware that there were 2 flights of stairs to the apartment .This was our first stay in Townsend and it is very quiet and peaceful. If you plan activities in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, you will be driving about 15 miles on curvy 2 lane roads but lots of beautiful scenery! Host was very easy to work with. Overall we would highly recommend this listing.

The venue was nice and the location was excellent. Location pictures are somewhat "untrue" as the venue was in the top story of the building and as such the ceiling was much lower than expected. Also, the initial information given during check-in was "too much". Instead of just presenting us with access; we were told what to do and not do. If I had time I would have walked away at that time because of that.
