Surfside Shores II Condominiums building is located in Gulf Shores (less than a mile from the Hangout). There is nothing but sugar white sand dunes and amazing gulf waters in front of this great unit. The pool area is beach front so it has beautiful gulf front views. This building also boasts a kiddie pool, New charcoal BBQ grills, and on site security.
Unit 2705 (7th floor) in Surfside Shores II Condominiums Building is an inviting space including a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen television, and a beautiful direct gulf front view. The connecting dining area has a table that seats four and a breakfast bar that seats two. This place was just as listed. Pictures were accurate and the hosted were very easy to communicate with. Price seemed on the high side for a 2 bedroom but 2 full bathrooms was definitely nice.

We had a wonderful stay and very much enjoyed the quick access to the beach. The balcony and the double doors to the balcony from the living room and the master bedroom were amazing. The beds were comfortable and my husband and I and two sons were very comfortable here. This was a very refreshing vacation for us.

If you are looking for a fairly priced condo with fantastic views of the Gulf this is for you. I had questions about different aspects of the condo and was able to contact Justin directly for prompt answers. Seamless and easy check-in and check-out process. Just follow the directions that are on line and printed at the condo. We came with bikes and were able to store them in the owner's garage out of the weather with easy access to them when we wanted to ride. All in all a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Very responsive owner. Unit was as described. Loved the layout inside. But the outdoor patio was the highlight. Thing was massive. There were 3 of us, but the outdoor space could easily accommodate maybe 6 people. Very easy access to beach. We spent most days from 11a-5p on beach. Very easy to rent chairs. We went to the pool a handful of times, it’s heated. Bathrooms nearby were clean and convenient. Parking was a breeze. And with a 17yr old daughter we always had a designated driver. Lauria’s, The Catch and the place next to Lauria’s were our favorite restaurants. Grocery stores nearby. We ended up going out for breakfast or an early lunch most days, and then cooking dinner in the unit at night. Binged The Closer on tv. The surf was a little rough a couple days, but nothing crazy. Beach is clean, easy to walk.
