The home was clean, perfect location to the beaches and everything will be returning

Some of the amenities were not operational and needed attention. The house was very nice but there was no propane tank supplied for the grill and the pool heat was not turned up so it took several days to warmup.

The property was clean and had all the essentials for our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and fairly close to beach and shopping. Would recommend for a weekend getaway!

This is a recently remodeled spacious house with lots of perks. We loved al the TV's. The bedrooms were very comfortable and big. The kitchen was adequately supplied. Our dog loved the fenced in backyard. This was a definite plus. This house is in an older neighborhood but the homes have been well cared for. The pool is very large and heated. We were able to keep the temperature at or above 85 most days. The pool deck is very difficult to keep clean due to the black dirt and sand that blows in from the yard. Tracy, the property manager was not easy to reach. We had very poor communication. I definitely share the responsibility for the mscommunications. We would definitely rent this property again.
