There are several delicious restaurants, nightclubs, and grocery stores within walking distance and you are also a short bus or taxi ride away from the bustling streets of downtown or a tranquil walk in the Marina.

- Renters must be at least 25 years old.

- No outside visitors are allowed.

- You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

- Lost wristbands and gym access cards each incur a replacement fee of $100 USD per item or $2,000 pesos.

- One weekly housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.



Like many coastal areas in Puerto Vallarta, the nearby rivers and beaches are natural habitats for wildlife, including the occasional crocodile. Sightings are uncommon but possible, especially in the rainy season. We recommend keeping a safe distance from wildlife and avoiding swimming near river mouths.
