Enjoy the perfect mountain getaway in the heart of Old Town Park City! Fully remodeled in fall 2023, this spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom retreat comfortably sleeps 8 guests and is ideal for families or groups of friends.
Walk to the Park City Mountain Resort base area, Town Lift, and Main Street's restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Deer Valley Resort is just a 10-minute drive away.
After a day on the slopes or exploring Park City, relax in your private hot tub, gather around the gas fireplace, or enjoy mountain views from the deck. Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, and full-size washer and dryer.
The Space
This beautifully remodeled, multi-level home features vaulted ceilings and an open living and kitchen area on the top floor.
Each of the four bedrooms has its own private bathroom:
Bedroom 1: King bed, en-suite bath with soaking tub and separate shower, and direct access to the deck and hot tub.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with en-suite bathroom and shower.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed with en-suite bathroom and shower.
Bedroom 4: Two twin beds with private bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination.
An additional half bath provides extra convenience.
Guest Access & Parking
Guests have access to a shared garage area for ski storage with ski racks and boot and glove warmers—perfect for gearing up or unwinding after a day on the mountain.
Three outdoor parking spaces are shared between the property's two units. Please note that street parking is not permitted during the winter ski season.

Everything was wonderful about this place. Great location, wonderful amenities, and such a comfortable place to relax. Our family would highly recommend this day for a small group looking for a wonderful day in Park city. Our host thought of everything to make our stay complete.

Great place. The hosts were very accommodating and always responded in a timely manner. They made everything very easy for our group. Rented both units and it worked out perfect. Thank you!

Great new spacious stay for 4 couples (8 people). Walkable downtown and/or to the Park City lifts. Host was very easy to get in touch with and overall fantastic home.
