love this place. I have been coming here for almost 25 years. love the rooms, the laundry in the room, everything is clean and kept up. love that you can rent chairs at the beach and no other umbrellas block the view ! property is kept in good condition

The location is great - 3rd floor and easy access to the stairs (we used the stairs 90% of the time because the elevator was so busy). It also looks over the pool so you can watch your kiddos. There were a few things that we were pretty annoyed with. The condition of the pans were awful to cook on .. we needed up buying our own to use. There was literally one spatula to cook with, only a few plates, and barely any other cooking utensils. The tub backed up as you were showering. There was a broom but no dust pan. When we got there the chairs were full of sand. The kitchen table was being held up by a paper towel and was so wobbly. I understand these are probably investment properties but this unit really needs a facelift.
