It's an open-concept space with a kitchen, living room, and sleeping area featuring a double bed and a closet. The bathroom is very spacious, with a sink, toilet, bidet, and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and you’ll also find a table with chairs, a sofa, and some armchairs. There’s also a garden with lounge chairs, tables, and chairs, and a porch with a pool table. The guesthouse is located in the courtyard, right next to the Art Nouveau-style main house, which has two other guest apartments. The location is perfect: just a stone’s throw from the public beach and the lake, and a short walk from the public parking lot and the ferry terminal. And let’s not forget the shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and train station—all within easy reach!
