We have almost an acre of space set up with families in mind! Outside you will enjoy a large private dock with plenty of room for all of your favorite summer activities, a fire pit with Solo Stove and outdoor dining. The water at the end of the dock is about 5ft deep with shallow water at the shore.

Hunters creek is a quiet and convenient neighborhood on the Virginia side of Lake Gaston. Everything you need to enjoy your getaway is within 10 minutes by boat or car! Downtown Littleton is about a 15 minute drive and offers a great new restaurant, Blue Jays Bistro, and much more.

For our furry friends:
- Maximum of two dogs
- Must be at least one year old and house trained
- Absolutely no pets on furniture. This allows up to keep the furniture and beds clean or to protect from any damage
- The first dog is $100 and the second is an additional $50
-- Paradise Point does not have garbage pick up and we will require you to take all of your waste with you upon checkout. There will be a $30 waste removal fee if there is any trash left behind. Please communicate with us before hand if this is the case. Warren County Waste is 3.5 miles from the property and on your way to the interstate.

- There will be an additional charge of $50 if our cleaners notice excess hair
- No dogs left home alone and dogs that swim must be completely dry before going back in the home
