Our cozy vacation home is located in the Groenhart Vacation Park, far away from the hustle and bustle.
You’ll also find several bodies of water nearby for fishing, surfing 🏄, and boating.
The De Holle Bolle Boom play center is about 2 km away.
A supermarket is within walking distance.
Schagen (4 km away) is a great place to stroll; there are also several bars and restaurants here.
The cheese town of Alkmaar (14 km away) is worth a visit; here you’ll find a historic center with charming shopping streets, cozy outdoor cafes, pubs, and restaurants.
The beautiful North Sea beach is about 7 kilometers away
The popular seaside resort of Callantsoog is about a 15-minute drive away.

It was a very nice house, well equipped comfortable and very clean. The trip from the ferry port was very straight forward and we enjoyed seeing the area, would recommend a visiting Alkmaar, Bergen and Schoorl particularly. We also had a lovely meal in Lekker restaurant just down the road and played some golf on the par 3 course Golfbaan Sluispolder where they welcomed non members. All in all a very relaxing enjoyable holiday.
