Designed to accommodate 6 adults and 2 toddlers (up to 3 years old in a travel crib), you’ll find a bright living area furnished with a comfortable leather couch, flat-screen TV, and electric fireplace. The adjacent, open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with every convenience, and the large dining table is perfect for more than just a hearty breakfast. The three bedrooms feature double beds and built-in closets with plenty of storage space. Two bedrooms open onto the wraparound terrace; one bedroom is interior (as are the bathrooms). A special highlight is the apartment’s private sauna in the large bathroom, which also features a bathtub and a spacious shower. An additional bathroom is equipped with a shower. For your convenience, an initial supply of linens is included. Upon request, we can provide a travel crib and a high chair for an additional fee. The Ostseepalais faces the sea (along the beach promenade) and offers a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea from almost all apartments (except apartments 1 [&] 2). The Schloonpalais faces south (toward Bergstraße) and offers a beautiful view of Lake Schloon from the apartments; the lake has been redesigned with its own small promenade. From this building, you can reach the beach promenade via the underground parking garage (and directly from the Ostseepalais). You can’t live any closer to the beach! For almost every apartment (except Ostseepalais 2 [&] 4), two adjacent underground parking spaces (total area: 5x5m) are available; bicycles can also be stored here.
