À propos de cette location de vacances
House with private pool in l'Escala, first floor and located in a quiet residential area, ideal for a family vacation on the Costa Brava.
You will like the house Ventallo from the first moment because it has all the necessary amenities to make your vacation perfect. The property is accessed through a sliding door and has outdoor space to park two vehicles inside. All around, a line of trees, bushes and plants allow to isolate the parking area from the pool area. An excellent private pool, just in front of the outdoor terrace, where you can cool off in summer. The terrace and outdoor dining area is covered, and it is possible to make it even bigger since the solarium area in front of the pool has an automatic awning. It is perfect to enjoy the sun when you feel like it, and the shade when you want it.
The interior of the house is coquettish and tastefully furnished. We enter the house through the front door and find the living-dining room, with a direct window to the outside terrace. The kitchen is independent and is separated from the dining room by a sliding glass door. The first bedroom is double with two single beds and has a closet. The second bedroom is a double bedroom with double bed and closets. Between both bedrooms we find the first bathroom with bathtub. Finally, a third bedroom with bunk bed and bathroom with its own shower. At the back of the house there is a small patio ideal for hanging clothes.
The house has all the comforts for a perfect vacation home: free wifi, outdoor furniture, satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, private parking inside the property, etc.
