- The individual booking must be 25+ years old and staying at the condo for the duration of the stay.
- Guest and vehicle registration is completed and paid for through a link sent ~1 week prior to checking in. Guests can get up to 1 parking pass ($35) and 4 wristbands ($6/each). These prices are NOT included in the booking price. - There`s not a washer & dryer in the condo; however there is a paid laundromat on the 1st floor.
- All amenities, restaurants, etc. are subject to seasonal operation.
- All common areas and amenities like the pool, beach access, front desk, etc. are managed by Sunbird Beach Resort. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.
