Are you looking for both fun and comfort? This recently remodeled 5th floor, beachfront condo offers both sunset and sunrise views from the 2 large private balconies. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, the beach is just seconds away. Restaurants and entertainment are all within walking distance, so no need for a rental car.
Comfort is key! With 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and living room with a large flat screen TV, you will find plenty of room to relax. You can see the Gulf from the comfort of the couch or enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in a beautiful sunrise from the Living Room balcony. The Master bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress, and a bayside balcony for your sunset viewing pleasure. There are two twin beds in the second bedroom which shares the balcony with the Master bedroom. There are Great Views and WiFi throughout, and TV’s in both bedrooms.
The Aquarius is a gated beachfront complex just steps from the beautiful beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The property has a 24 hour front desk with someone from the friendly Aquarius staff always ready and willing to assist you. Life is easy! The Property offers a heated pool, hot tub,
a beautifully manicured garden courtyard, along with direct beach access, and three picnic areas equipped with bbq grills. Inside the building, there is an on site laundry, a new sauna, and a newly renovated fitness room to burn off those extra calories.
South Padre Island is the definition of Paradise. With international and local cuisine on almost every corner you will find it hard to go hungry. Everything you could possibly need is located right on the island, most of which is within walking distance. Golf carts and other recreational vehicles are available to rent at many locations on the island to help you get around and there is also free public transportation. We loved our stay, parking was easy, the area was wonderful. Beach access and pool areas top notch!! We had some beach chairs in the closet, and we left some beach things too. AC kept up with the temps we wanted which was amazing in the TX summer heat! We didn't need any communication with the host, because the stay was that easy! When we had a simple question they responded immediately! The wrist bands out of spring break season seemed a bit extra since no one monitors them. My only wish would have been more than 1.5 rolls of TP for an 8 night stay with 4 people. We bought some right away but ... lol! Thank you for a great place to stay, clean, safe, great employees and area!!

This location is perfect. The building itself is very well maintained, as is the unit. Everything was clean and exactly as described. This was my second stay in the same unit, and I would return here. The views from the balcony are beautiful, and beach access is very simple. You can't go wrong with this choice!

The condo was wonderful. The views from the two balconies were fabulous.property was beautifully landscaped and the pool was very clean. Been going to SPI for 43 years and this was our favorite condo so far( even sweeter than the timeshare I used to have).

We spent 4 days in this property.The main problem of the house was the quality of the beds in all rooms. It was painful sleeping. We had back pain in the morning. The location of the house was very good. Beach access and walking distance to cafe and restaurants were very nice.
