Dear Guests, we would like to extend a warm welcome to you at “Kaspernlehen.” We are Katharina and Anton Leitner. We have taken over the family estate “Kaspernlehen” and have made it our mission to transform this little gem into a place of absolute comfort for you and for us, renovating it with many thoughtful details. In our two 5-star vacation apartments, “Hochkalter” and “Steinberg,” which have been completely renovated just for you (top floor with exposed rafters), you can unwind and truly enjoy your vacation from the very first minute, surrounded by the fascinating mountain scenery and magnificent nature. The bedrooms and living areas feature oak hardwood floors, which—together with mineral-based wall plaster and hypoallergenic wall paint—create an optimal indoor climate. The bathroom features modern Italian tiles. Underfloor heating. Non-smoking apartments—smoking is permitted on the balcony. In the basement, you’ll find a washing machine (including detergent) and a dryer available for a fee; an ironing board and iron are available free of charge. The parking space is marked and reserved especially for you. South-facing balcony. We also provide a locked storage area for bicycles, skis, and similar items.
Bedrooms 1 + 2: hypoallergenic bedding, high-quality linens, cozy blankets, extra throw pillows, reading lamps next to the beds, 2 outlets each (including USB ports), indirect lighting for a cozy evening, automatic under-bed lighting for nighttime trips to the bathroom, small flat-screen TV with cable, closet. Bathroom: Walk-in rain shower, 4 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 guest towels, 1 shower mat, hair dryer, cleaning supplies, and a small gift of soap, a nail file, and a shower cap. Kitchen/Living Room: Fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and all cooking utensils such as pans, pots, silverware, colanders, and much more—see for yourself. In the living area, you can make yourself comfortable on the sofa or in the reading chair. Here, too, we’ve made sure to provide everything we ourselves need for daily use in the kitchen and all other rooms. Throughout the living and kitchen areas, we’ve once again placed great emphasis on indirect and cozy lighting. Here you’ll find a large flat-screen TV with cable, as well as a digital radio. You can also play your own music via a JBL Bluetooth speaker.
Quiet yet central location. Restaurants, banks, a hair salon, a doctor’s office, and a grocery store are all within easy walking distance. Public buses can be used free of charge with a visitor’s card.
