This house has seen the ownership of four generations from the same family, each one bringing his personal touch and adapting to different uses ( farming animals, agriculture etc ) always respecting the style and traditional values of the island of Ibiza.
From 2006 the present owners, after a large restoration, are offering their home to rent to the tourist industry.
Our guests in return have helped us with their opinions and suggestions to improve our service every day.
To give a really personal service to our guests, we ourselves deal with the general maintenance and running of our home.
Nearby is the main road to the small village of San Miguel which also links up with the rest of the island, for example, 3 minutes to the famous village of Santa Gertrudis , 15 minutes to Ibiza town and 20 minutes to the airport. Here you will be able to enjoy privacy and comfort in the middle of the ibizan countryside.
The area is also known for people who ‘like to come close to nature‘ who also might enjoy cycling, walking or horse back riding.
Tastefully decorated with private art collection.
Spacious halls and rooms.
Families and quiet groups welcome.
Personalized attention directly by the owner who lives in an independent apartment not sharing any facilities.

What a fantastic property, and an amazing host. After a stressful journey due to flight cancellations, Mari Pau was extremely accommodating and thoughtful at the point of check-in despite our late arrival. The villa itself was charming - beautiful architecture, surroundings and a rich and authentic history, we really couldn’t have asked for more. We couldn’t fault the cleanliness - the villa was absolutely immaculate and contained all the amenities you could possibly need.Communication with the host was clear and she truly went above and beyond for us. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this villa and hope to stay again in the future!

We had an unforgettable stay at this authentic Ibizan home, rich with character and family heritage. From the moment we arrived, we could feel the history and love built into the property. The traditional architecture, beautiful details, and peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to relax and immerse ourselves in the island’s charm.The location was excellent close enough to reach beaches and town easily, yet private and serene. The house was spotless, well cared for, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay.What made it truly special was the sense of authenticity it didn’t feel like just a rental, but like we were welcomed into a piece of Ibiza’s culture and tradition. Our host was warm, attentive, and made sure we had a wonderful experience from start to finish.We would absolutely return and highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a genuine Ibizan experience.

A smooth check in after a late evening flight arrival with Mari Pau. The house is gorgeous. It had everything we needed. The kitchen had all equipment. The outside kitchen is fantastic. The outdoor pool setting is stunning. 2 upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning. The other bedrooms have fans. Mari Pau was a great host and we would gladly return. Good to be in walking distance of the delicious Aubergine restaurant and a short drive from supermarkets, bakery, cafes and shops in San Getrudis.

Spent 5 days in Ibiza with a group of friends and we couldn’t be more satisfied. The house amennities’ (BBQ, Pool, etc) and the location (isolated area) allowed us to have a good time without leaving the place. Although it is an isolated area, it was super easy to ask for Ubers/Taxis to go to the city center during the day and night. Maria (the host) was also really helpful with everything we needed. For sure it is a place to return.
