Calahonda Beach II – Ground-Floor Apartment with Direct Beach Access
This spacious one-bedroom apartment with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway to Southern Spain. It is located in the town of Calahonda, just a 15-minute drive from the popular coastal city of Marbella.
The apartment features 60 m² of living space and includes 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, an open-plan kitchen and living area, and a private terrace.
The kitchen is equipped with most of the essential appliances you may need, including an oven, small refrigerator, large fridge-freezer, kettle, children's high chair, and more.
The kitchen opens into a cozy living room where you'll find a comfortable sofa, fireplace, and large flat-screen TV.
The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed with the following sleeping dimensions:
Length: 195 cm (77 in)
Width: 140 cm (55 in)
Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available throughout the apartment.
The living room leads to a private 20 m² terrace where you can relax and enjoy the magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea. The terrace also provides direct access to the beautifully maintained communal gardens.
The bedroom features two twin beds that can be pushed together to create a king-size sleeping arrangement, depending on your preference. The room also offers plenty of storage space, including a built-in wardrobe, a freestanding wardrobe, and a large chest of drawers. From the bedroom, you have access to a modern en-suite bathroom with a large sink, toilet, and shower.
Guests also have access to a large communal swimming pool with a separate children's pool, surrounded by beautiful gardens.
If you enjoy walking along the coast, the property offers direct access to the beachfront boardwalk. From there, you can stroll all the way to La Cala de Mijas, where you'll find a variety of charming Spanish restaurants and traditional tapas bars.
If you'd prefer to stay closer to home, the nearest restaurant is just a short walk away, and several additional restaurants, cafés, and shops are within walking distance.
Street parking is available but cannot be guaranteed. Pets are not permitted.

This whole experience was an A from beginning to end. From booking to planning to communication all along the way, it was fantastic. Even more so was the pictures were spot on and the location was amazing. My only suggestion is to take the first day in Calahonda to navigate grocery shops, etc… they are all very continent but Google Maps doesn’t always do the best at helping.I cannot wait to go back!
