Location: Alto de Perogil, Tavira.
Construction: Covered area of approximately 130 m² and a 35 m² private terrace. Built in 2003.
Description:
A three-bedroom townhouse located on a hilltop in an upscale residential complex near Tavira’s town center, featuring a large communal pool and landscaped gardens. Guests may use the swimming pool facilities free of charge. The house is located on a cul-de-sac and within walking distance of the old Roman bridge in the center of Tavira. It’s an ideal place to stay and use as a base to explore the Algarve, its many beautiful beaches, water sports, and nearby golf courses. Benamor Golf is the nearest 18-hole golf course, approximately 2.5 kilometers down the road. The Quinta da Ria and Quinta de Cima golf courses are less than a 10-minute drive away.
It’s very easy to lose track of time in Tavira, a lovely old town with a long history where time stands still. You can spend hours strolling the charming cobblestone streets lined with restaurants, shops, bars, and outdoor seating areas where you can enjoy a refreshing drink in the sun. The old palace is nearby, and Ilha de Tavira Beach is within walking distance and features many small restaurants. This is a wonderful destination year-round. During the summer months, a ferry departs from the town center—across from our office—to Ilha de Tavira and Quatro Águas.
The accommodations are well-maintained, tastefully decorated, and has a Mediterranean feel. The townhouse features a hallway leading to a spacious L-shaped living room with an open fireplace and dining area, as well as glass doors opening onto the garden—which includes a lovely secluded seating area and lawn—a fully equipped kitchen with a granite countertop, three double bedrooms (two of which have twin beds), and three bathrooms. There is a large private terrace of approximately 35 m² with two sun loungers, a dining table and chairs, and a built-in BBQ—ideal for al fresco dining! From here, you have beautiful 270° views. All rooms have air conditioning.
