Next door is a public square with plenty of space to relax and take in the view, where visitors can watch the fishing boats and the maneuvers of large ships. A great place to relax and also for those traveling on business. It’s ideal for families and couples, and perfect for hiking, trail walking, surfing, biking, paragliding, sailing, and fishing. The house is new and unique, featuring a private garage, one bedroom with an en suite bathroom, containing one (1) double bed, one (1) bunk bed, hot and cold air conditioning, a portable fan, a smart TV with free-to-air channels, excellent internet connection, and a home office space. The kitchen is fully equipped with various appliances (refrigerator, stove, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, deep fryer, microwave, and electric oven). The bathroom is spacious and features an electric shower with three temperature settings. We also provide guests and children with board games and balls for entertainment, as well as beach gear (beach umbrella, chairs, and a cooler). The property features a washing machine, a barbecue grill, and a hammock for resting and relaxing while listening to the sound of the water and the birds.
