MINIMUM RENTAL IS 14 DAYS. 3 Bedrooms, 2 baths, with hardwood and tile floors. Split Bedroom Plan. Bright and open living space, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Cozy gas log fireplace, screened back porch, and a wonderful Master suite. Master bath with large, tiled walk-in shower and dual vanities. House is situated on a 1/2 acre lot in a quiet residential neighborhood. You are only 300 yards from the trails on the Blue Ridge Parkway, which also access the Mountains to Sea Trail. Less than 10 minute driveto Downtown Asheville. East Asheville has several nice restaurants nearby if you don't feel like driving into Downtown. Also, a full service grocery store is about 5 minutes away. The Folk Art Center on the Blue Ridge Parkway is about 8 minutes away. Potential Discounts available for Home Buyers relocating to the Asheville area! Also, I can offer a free guided Smallmouth Bass fishing trip on the French Broad River for guests (season and water levels permitting.) MINIMUM 14 DAY RENTAL

The host was welcoming and the house was as described in the listing. It’s in a very nice quiet neighborhood. We had numerous sitings of bears on the property which was fun. There was enough kitchen utensils to make it feel like home.

Steve is an excellent host. We have stayed here before, enjoyed it then and enjoyed it this time. The house is clean and has everything for your stay. Lots of towels dishes etc. It is a very quiet and peaceful area. We did see a mama bear and three cubs in the neighborhood but not at the house which was very cool.
