Luxurious architect-designed villa, new, completed in October 2023
This exceptional property of 275 m2, designed by a renowned architect from Rhaet, is ideally located, 100 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches of the island (Anse du Fourneau beach) and in the immediate vicinity of the beach of Trousse Chemise or Patache.
Built on a plot of 2400 m2, this magnificent villa will allow you to enjoy meals and aperitifs outdoors thanks to its second summer dining room with plancha integrated into a summer kitchen.
The villa opens widely onto the beautiful garden and its 11.5 meter long swimming pool.
You will also be seduced by a nap or a reading break by the pool on the outdoor sofas.
It is equipped with high-end materials and furniture.
It has a large living room of 80 m2, adjoining the equipped kitchen of 40 m2 (double fridge, double dishwasher, thermomix, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), a games room of 25 m2 with billiards.
It consists of 5 double bedrooms, each with its own shower room and a children's bedroom with bunk bed.
The swimming pool, secured by an electric roller shutter, is heated, at no extra cost, from mid-May to mid-September at 26-27°.
2 private covered parking spaces for your cars (with electric charging) and at least 2 other secure spaces in the arrival aisle.
Children and adults will also be delighted to enjoy the ping-pong table, the petanque court, the half basketball court, the billiard room, and the PS5 in the children's room.
Our concierge service will be at your disposal to prepare your stay with bike rental at the villa on arrival, boat rental, sack lunches on arrival, beach towels, extra cleaning, babysitting, home cooking...
A rental of the villa from 3 double bedrooms is possible in low or medium season, with prices on request.

We had a great stay at the villa. It is brand new and very high quality. The villa itself is very large with lots of room in the kitchen and living area. The outdoor area is great. A large pool with great outdoor seating areas (including a BBQ) as well as a petanque area and basketball area! The villa is very close to the beaches (only a short walk) and maybe a 5-10 minute drive to Les Portes-en-Re. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to a large family or 2 families (the space gives plenty of room to breathe!).
