This spectacular newly renovated three-story home offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and location. Ideally situated on the boardwalk and just a one-minute walk to the private beach and town center, this one-of-a-kind retreat is designed for memorable gatherings with family and friends while comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. The expansive open-concept main living area seamlessly combines the living, dining, and kitchen spaces, creating a bright and welcoming environment for entertaining. The newly redesigned chef’s kitchen features premium appliances including a Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, six-burner Wolf gas range and oven, Cove dishwasher, Taj Mahal quartzite countertops, and custom white oak cabinetry. An abundance of windows fills the space with natural light. The dining table seats ten guests, with additional seating for four at the kitchen island.
The inviting living room features newly selected designer furnishings with comfortable seating for everyone to gather, relax, and enjoy time together.
The first floor includes a queen bedroom with a beautifully redesigned bath featuring a tub/shower combination and quartz vanity. A stylish powder room showcases floor-to-ceiling textured tile, a floating granite vanity, and a wall-mounted brass faucet.

Our stay in Rosemary Beach was nothing short of spectacular. The home itself is absolutely stunning, beautifully designed (the kitchen and bathrooms newly renovated) with elegant furnishings and thoughtful details throughout. Every space felt both luxurious and inviting.The location couldn’t have been more perfect! Just steps from the beach, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the water and everything the area has to offer.What truly set this experience apart, though, was the property management. Cheryl and her team are, without a doubt, the best we’ve ever worked with. Our family has been visiting Rosemary Beach and the surrounding area for years, and we’ve never experienced this level of care and professionalism. They strike the perfect balance of attentiveness, accommodating, and excellent communicators without ever being intrusive.I also had a moment of panic when I realized I left my work bag behind, but Cheryl’s team handled it immediately. They ensured everything was returned to me quickly and safely, which I am incredibly grateful for.This was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. Kudos to Cheryl and her team we will absolutely be back!

The house was perfect for our trip! Everything was extremely clean, the host was easy to communicate with, and the walk to the beach was so easy. It was exactly how pictured and described.

The location of this property is perfect. Close to the square, close to the beach, and close to the pool, but the best part is the customer service of Cheryl and her Team. Top notch all the way around!
