À propos de cette location de vacances
Villa Conza is a true oasis of peace surrounded by a magical landscape: the crystal-clear sea and lush vegetation.
The style of this house blends rustic and romantic elements, creating a harmonious combination that still exudes elegance and simplicity, without ever sacrificing that welcoming touch that will make you feel right at home.
Villa Conza also features 4 bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests, and 3 comfortable bathrooms (located on both the first floor and the first floor). The highlight of the house is its many spacious outdoor areas, complete with chairs, a table, sunbeds, a barbecue, and a swimming pool!
Free Wi-Fi is included, as is air conditioning in almost all bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, and the house also has a washing machine. The fenced-in garden offers plenty of private parking, and the property is located within a private gated community.
It is located near the wonderful village of Scopello with its historic “Baglio” (the traditional style of housing), the “Tonnara” with its stunning “Faraglioni”—huge rock formations rising from the sea—and is just a few kilometers from the Zingaro Nature Reserve. Furthermore, it is close to the Greek archaeological site of Segesta, featuring its temple and theater. The area offers nature, the seaside, and culture.

We loved the location to explore this north-west part of Sicily, loved the views and the different outdoor places on the property to sit and enjoy. Unfortunately it was a little cool to spend as much time outdoors as we would have liked. It was hard to find the property and have recommended more description with landmarks be provided before check-in. Part of the problem is that almost none of the other properties on the road have any street address showing, and also the road has 3 separate and unjoined segments, and GPS on map apps has trouble pinpointing the exact house location on the hillside, relative to the 3 road segments! We cooked most evenings, and found the kitchen was generally well equipped but could do with some non-plastic serving bowls and smaller bowls for yogurt, soup, dessert etc. The living room could use a little more light for evenings when it is too chilly to sit outside. Our hosts were very responsive to our requests for a few extra supplies, and helping us get oriented to the house and the working of the appliances.
