We stayed at the Lost Lobster 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It was perfect for my husband and I. The unit faces the courtyard (pool) and is steps from the beach. The unit was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Nice extras included some folding chairs for the beach, extra beach towels, and there are some books and games. The photos on VRBO accurately depict the unit. The host was responsive to questions. Check-in and check-out were simple. We would definitely stay here again.Our trip was a mini family reunion and other family stayed in other units. The Tiki is our favorite place to stay on SPI. It was one of the first condos built on SPI, so it is older but well-maintained. We love that it is family-oriented and the location is great. A courtyard view is recommended for units toward the north since a hotel was built next door. Walkable to Clayton's and the Sea Turtle rescue. You need to be able to climb stairs if you are not on a ground floor unit.

This condo was perfect for a family of 5. Well stocked with dishes and cookware and sheets and pillows for sofa sleeper and chairs and towels for the beach and even a little cooler. Everyone enjoyed our stay and will definitely book here again!

We enjoyed our stay despite the cons but our stay would have been more comfortable had these maintenance issues been fixed. Didn't feel comfortable using it due to safety concerns No beach chairs. The booklet in the condo stated there were beach chairs. Living room ceiling fan over the sofa bed didn't work. A wire was cut. Dining light didn't work Lamp in the living room couldn't figure out how to turn it on. Flip several switches to no avail. Lamp in the master had a burned out bulb
