• There are remotes for the electric blinds. Please do not pull on the blinds, as this can ruin the motor.

• The fireplace is turned off from April - November.

• Potential for noise - Please note that this unit is directly on Lincoln Ave., which typically has a lot of entertainment activities and nightlife.

• Locking unit entry door - Please note that the unit’s entry door will automatically lock behind you, so you must have the key to reenter.

• *This unit does not have standard air conditioning - The evaporative cooling system is a building-wide system governed by the HOA. Please note that it is not turned on until May and turns off in September. Also, this system will not turn on if the temperature is below 65 degrees outside.

• There are winter parking restrictions starting on November 1st, with no parking on city streets overnight, or you will be towed at your expense.

• Please read ALL House Rules thoroughly: No pets, no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your courtesy.
