Use the front or back yard or enjoy any space in the apartment. This is the UPSTAIRS unit: park on the right side of the home just to the right of the front porch, then enter through the doorway to the right of the front porch — the staircase leads up to the patio and into the living room. The front door has an electronic keypad lock, and your code is released in your digital guidebook once your rental agreement is signed, your check-in form is complete, and your balance is paid.

📝 Rental Agreement
Every guest is required to sign a short rental agreement after booking
This is not optional: our property insurance requires a signed agreement for each stay, and our attorneys have advised the same
It covers house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, occupancy limits, and responsibility for damage
It takes about two minutes — there is no app to download and no account or password to create
We send it after booking along with a brief check-in form, and your access details follow once both are complete

🪜 Stairs — please read before booking
This is a SECOND-FLOOR apartment reached by stairs, with no ground-floor access and no lift
There are two staircases: the front one leads up to the patio and living room, the rear one up to the kitchen
Please note the height of the last step on the REAR staircase and use caution entering or exiting
Worth knowing if you have heavy luggage or difficulty with stairs

🐾 Pets
This apartment is not pet friendly
It sits directly above another apartment, and we ask guests to keep the home quiet for the neighbours below

🏡 Property Setup
This is the upstairs unit in a building with several apartments
Other guests may be staying in the neighboring apartments during your reservation

🚗 Parking
Pull in on the right side of the home and park just to the right of the front porch — room for one to two vehicles
This driveway is shared with the next house
Additional parking is available in the rear if needed

🔥 Gas Heaters — please read
The bedrooms and living room have gas heaters
Full lighting instructions are in your guidebook and the house manual
In winter, please turn them DOWN rather than fully off — turning one off completely cuts the pilot, and it will need relighting

🗑️ Trash
The bins are kept out by the road on Madison Avenue and shared with the other units
Just drop your bags in — nothing needs to be brought back

⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Every request has to be manually approved
Check with us and we'll check with our cleaning company
Fee: $20 per hour, with a one-hour minimum
Please request as early as possible

The noise monitor does not record audio or video and is not placed in any bedroom or bathroom

🔑 Minimum Booking Age
The primary booking guest must be at least 21 for an apartment
The primary guest must be present throughout the reservation
The primary guest is responsible for their group, visitors, and compliance with house rules
Reservations that misrepresent the primary guest's age may be canceled in accordance with the applicable booking terms
