The apartment is composed as follows
- A 32 m² living room with TV and Wifi
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190). Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
- Bathroom with shower, vanity unit and heated towel rail.
- Separate toilet
- A balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- Private parking.
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... You'll be a 20-minute walk from Saint-Malo's Intra-Muros.
