Spacious house overlooking casco bay with a wrap around porch with three sets of Patio furniture and a fire pit on the front lawn. This Property is located in a small quiet neighborhood that is well maintained. House Has 2 full Kitchens and 7 bedrooms. Located very close to local amenities, including Pammy's Ice Cream Parlor, Mitchel Field Walking and picnic area (sunsets are amazing), The Dolphin Marina, Erica's Seafood, Many local Walking and Hiking Trails, and Stover's point local public beach. This is a great place for Families or Adults looking to have a great relaxing time. Note Most of the water wells in Harpswell have hard water, the house has a water bubbler for drinking.

Very nice place to stay. Accommodated our party of eleven very well. Host was very helpful with any questions that we had.

House was perfect size for family of 11. Plenty of different gathering places that accommodated the whole family or in smaller groups. Views were great. Loved the area. Bath and Bailleys Island are not far to drive to and beautiful. The only disappointment was the grill is completely useless. Rusted out even if we could have got the burner to light. I was looking forward to grilling for the family. Other than that we had a wonderful time.
